• How to Apply | : | Applications are only accepted via the associationʼs website. The application form will be available starting on March 1st. (The applications to attend/present at the conference will only be accepted via the associationʼs website. Applications will not be accepted via postal mail.) |

1. Individuals must have a Google account and presentation abstract to apply. ※Please follow the formʼs instructions to submit your abstract (400 to 800 Japanese characters or no more than 400 words in English). 2. Presentation title and content may not be changed after the application. 3. Deadlines for submission of manuscripts for publication in the associationʼs journal are as follows: Japanese-language articles – September 26th (Tuesday), European-language articles – October 24th (Tuesday). More information will be provided at a later date. 4. Rules regarding research presentations and articlesʼ publication may be found here. 5. Individuals requiring an invitation letter may apply for one on the associationʼs website starting in early April. |
